How to cope with Dry Lips

You may suffer from dry mouth, although it was only a few common symptoms of the condition. Dry mouth occurs when your body does not make enough saliva to keep your mouth moist.
There are many causes of dry mouth, ranging from the consumption of certain drugs, certain diseases and conditions such as nerve damage in the salivary gland, cancer therapy, poor lifestyle choices such as smoking or chewing tobacco.

- If the problem is due to the possibility of side effects of the drugs you eat, ask your doctor to confirm or provide better advice to solve your problem of dry mouth.
- Drink plenty of water as this will help keep the mouth moist .
- Chewing gum or sucking on sugarless candy is to stimulate the salivary glands .
- Breathe through your nose, not your mouth.
- Brush your teeth as often as 2-3 times a day .
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol because it can aggravate dry mouth .
- Reduce sweet or spicy foods .
- Avoid all tobacco products .
